- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I never saw him, so Dr. Sutherland himself may be God's gift, but his office procedures are ludicrous. No one responded to my online appointment request on his system, so, after losing a couple of days, I had to call and make an appointment by phone. I showed up early for my appointment, as requested, and was left sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour with no communication as to why my appointment wasn't kept. When confronted, the office staff didn't see any issue with any of this, so I left without seeing the doctor and went elsewhere.November 09, 2017by Mike McDonough
